Meet Our Leadership Staff

Meet Heather

Heather Moore, Practice Manager

Being born and raised here in Charlotte, NC, allows me to be called a “true” Charlottian. I attended Western Carolina University, where I graduated with a B.A in Chemistry. Two years later, I graduated from Gaston College where I was able to obtain my RVT license through their Registered Veterinary Technician Program. Currently, I am currently working to become a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager.

Being in this field for over 20+ years, 15 of these years have been spent here at Cotswold Animal Hospital. I  have learned and experienced many things in our field. I have vast knowledge in Preventative Care, Emergency Care, Surgery and Dentistry, Anesthesia, and Radiology. My true passion is for Client Education and  Practice Management. I love being able to explain why we need to do things and then seeing it carried out.

My love for the “big” cats is what got me into this field. Working with tigers and lions is on my bucket list before I retire. When I am not at the office, you can find me with my husband, Matthew,  enjoying the outdoors at a local State Park. If I am not found there, then you can find me with my 2 daughters, Brie and Madyson, on the sideline of a football field as a cheerleading coach.
Meet Bonnie Office Manager

Bonnie Grady, Client Service Manager

After leaving Holland, New York in 2004,  Bonnie moved to the Charlotte area with her family. She has worked in the Veterinary field for 30+ years. Her time in the vet office  all started with taking 2 puppies to the vet in New York and thought that it would be fun to work with animals.

With Customer Service as her primary focus, you will find her running around Cotswold Animal Hospital speaking with clients, loving on their fur babies, and managing the Client Service Department for the last 13 years.

Bonnie spends her free time with her 3 children, their spouses, and 9 grandchildren. Family is an important part of her life, so being active in the grandkids’ life and activities brings her joy and satisfaction. When not in the office, you can  find her relaxing in the country away from the noise of the city, enjoying the great outdoor has to offer  such as fishing, gardening, trips to the mountains, spending time on the lake and hopes to make it to the beach in the near future.
